Many possibilities are available to print and charge the prints when user are working from home.
- Print via personal printer
If the employees print on their personal printers, it is possible to send the print informations to the Gespage server to evaluate the print cost.
To do this, we just need to install a Gespage Agent on tracking mode on the employee computer. The accounting for these jobs will be send to the Gespage server as soon as the computer will be connected to the office network, prints won’t be sent through the office network.

Print via VPN
Prints send through a VPN, are manage in the same way as a local print.
The employee will be able to release his print jobs when he will go back to the office or by allowing another colleague with delegation right to release the print jobs (secretary, copy service).
Print by mail
It is possible to sed a print job from his home to the office by sending a mail ( with or without attached file) to a mail address dedicating to print, through the installation of Gespage Mobile functionalities.
